• Ribworld joined the M&M Walsh group in 2011
• Since joining the M&M Walshe group in 2011, Ribworld has gone from strength to strength and with major growth in sales in 2014, the decision was made to upscale.
• In 2014, Ribworld made the move to the Killenaule Road, Fethard, Co. Tipperary. Ribworld are now based in Fethard in a 9000 Sq. Meter EU approved plant.
• Ribworld has currently 220 employees on site in the plant

Role Description

• Cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specific meat and industry specification.
• Clean tools, equipment and work surfaces. 
• Pack and prepare meat for storage in line with stock rotation, required temperatures, traceability standards and correct product dressing.
• Dispatch and palletise.
• Production line work – feeding, packing and machine operation.
• Comply with SOPs, safety and quality systems and procedures in their area.
• Complete and maintain production records for traceability and inspection.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies/procedures.
• Adhere to general hygiene and safety measures.
• Highlight any product, package or machine deficiencies to Team Leader or supervisor.
• Support Maintenance and Quality and other personnel to ensure production line runs safely and efficiently and to the highest level of quality.
• Operate forklift and power pallet truck in dispatch area.
