Les Restaurants & Brasseries Bocuse is first and foremost the genius of Monsieur Paul who decided, 25 years ago, to make his cuisine known to as many people as possible. As he said so well, "To double happiness, you have to share it". It is also a big family where authenticity, quality, excellence, transmission and respect are the key words.
