WHO WE ARE

Luxembourg Investment Solutions S.A. (LIS) is a successful third-party UCITS management company and AIFM headquartered in Luxembourg and with an office in Dublin, delivering fund solutions to renowned investment managers and fund initiators.

With more than 100 professionals and over 230 alternative investment funds (AIF) on our platform we are today the leading third-party AIFM in the private funds space in Luxembourg.

LIS is a well-established management company with the dual license for managing mutual funds (UCITS) and alternative funds (AIFs) focusing on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt asset classes. LIS was the first 3rd party management company in Luxembourg to be authorized by the regulator as an AIFM, receiving its authorization in November 2013, shortly after implementation of the AIFMD in Luxembourg. Notably, LIS was also the first AIFM to submit a marketing notification package to the regulator under the AIFMD passporting regime. LIS long-standing relationship with the regulator facilitates the effective performance of regulatory matters.
