Europass Slovenia
About the organisation
Europass Slovenia is the National Europass Centre established in 2005 and operates under the Centre of the Republic of Slovenia for Vocational Education and Training (CPI). It was founded as part of a European initiative to enhance the transparency of qualifications and competences across Europe.
The Europass framework helps individuals present their skills, qualifications, and experiences in a clear and standardized way, supporting mobility for work and education within the European Union.
Key responsibilities of Europass Slovenia include:
- Promoting and providing free access to Europass tools and services,
- Issuing the Europass Mobility document for international learning or work experiences,
- Preparing Certificate Supplements for vocational and professional education,
- Cooperating with the European network of National Europass Centres,
- Engaging with national stakeholders in education and employment,
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the Europass initiative.
All Europass documents and tools are available free of charge in multiple European languages and are designed to help individuals effectively communicate their qualifications to employers, educational institutions, and other organizations.
