About the organisation
Cap Emploi is part of the French Public Employment service and is specialised in assisting disabled workers in finding a job, a training or a new carreer that will be respectful towards health issues and limitations.
We became Eures members in 2023.
Our activity consists in :
- Assisting people with disabilities in finding a job or a training with a focus on their disability in order to secure and ensure their position.
- Assisting employers and workers with disabilities in adjusting their position through the use of ergonomic studies and tools.
- Assisting workers with disabilities in their carrer change with a constant vigilance on their handicap.
