IT Cyber Security Engineer - Endpoint Security (m/f/d)

In this fast-moving environment, the permanent evaluation and adaptation of security-relevant features and components is more important than ever. Location-independent access from a wide variety of end devices and applications requires new and higher security standards. In this interesting role you will be focusing on different areas to ensure the best possible protection of our corporate data for collaboration and communication services. You will be responsible for implementation of our Midterm Security Roadmap and of non-conformities, usage of existing Tools and Licenses and Secure and state-of-the-Art Endpoint configurations.

Your Responsibilities

• Consulting, design, and implementation of IT security Endpoint solutions

• Implementation of measures from audits and technical security reviews

• Usage of Microsoft E365 E5 Security

• Security Operation of Endpoint Security Solutions (Defender, MFA, AppLocker, Laps, secure Browser management, etc)

• Close cooperation and coordination with the IT departments and the information security officer

Your Profile

• Graduate IT degree (from a university or other higher education institutes) or equivalent to at least 10 years professional IT Security experience in an international corporate company 

• Atleast 5 years of professional experience in IT security and knowledge of relevant Endpoint Security products
• High solution orientation and technical understanding
• Knowledge in the areas of Endpoint Security Tools (Microsoft Defender, Device Control Tools, CASB)
• Knowledge in threat hunting and anti-malware analysis
• Experience in training colleagues in IT security
• High service orientation, communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Independent and reliable way of working as well as team player with strong hands-on mentality
• Very good command of English

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group “G” (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2021). 

We offer market based competitive salary and additional benefits based on your experience, qualification and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per annum.
