We are looking to hire an experienced cook to work in the hotel restaurant for the summer 2024 season. The candidate must have full knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean to produce tasteful plates with Greek flavors and select Mediterranean flavors. The candidate must know costing, supply order handling, and menu creation. In addition, the cook needs to be able to lead the kitchen staff to achieve customer satisfaction and the goals set by the hotel management.

We are looking for experienced housekeepers for our hotel, on the island of Skiathos in Greece. The season starts May 1-3 and ends October 1-4. After an agreement, the new housekeeping staff is expected to report at the hotel between April 2-7, to prepare the hotel for the season opening of May 1-3 as indicated above. The job is daily, with an 8-hour shift, and includes cleaning of common areas of the hotel as well as guest rooms.
