Creating incoming orders in the in-house order entry system Communicating with customers, in particular arranging appointments Completion of order confirmations Internal communication with the engineering/design department and the machine operators Determining the chronological sequence of orders (machine allocation planning for three laser/punching machines) Coordination of the remaining work steps to ensure on-time completion Procurement of materials in collaboration with our materials purchasing department Completion reports of the workpieces
