We are looking to hire an energetic person who among others has excellent kitchen management and leadership skills. The chef must be in a position to develop and motivate his/her team in order to achieve the highest possible standards and design innovative new dishes.

We are looking for energetic people committed at providing a high quality dining experience to our guests! Prior experience is considered as an extra qualification. Accommodation and food are included in the package as well as 13th salary and 24 days of paid annual leave.

As part of the team, some of the key responsibilities will include: • Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment • Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees • Work as per duty schedule and shifts • Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
