Travel Agent - French speaker
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Communicating effectively with customers and applying the motto: "Think Customer First" by making them feel like they are already on holiday;
• Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project;
• Providing for high-quality sales and customer relations by answering questions concerning products and services features and benefits;
• Maintaining project goals at a high level through creative selling and strong sales closing techniques.
Please be aware of the general requirements:
• Fluent or native in French with a good command of English (minimum B2)
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8 pm;
• Good at working in a team environment and coordinating workflow with colleagues.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service (mandatory);
