YOUR ROLE

• Alarm monitoring and troubleshooting
• Provisioning and network build from NOKIA NMS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field, or Higher-Level Vocational Training in Telecommunications;
• Proficient in Portuguese and English;
• Knowledge of WDM technology;
• Knowledge in DWDM equipment, specifically the 1830 PSS series;
• Knowledge in NOKIA network management systems (NFM-T, WS-NOC);
• Hands-on experience in alarm monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and network provisioning/building using NOKIA NMS;
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills within technical domains;
• Highly proactive, adaptable, and dynamic, with a strong sense of flexibility and versatility in fast-paced environments;
• Quick and effective learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge and skills.
