For over 40 years, our international guests have been treated to exotic drinks and Eurasian delicacies in our world-famous Polynesian specialty restaurant, Trader Vic's. In order to be able to offer our guests the highest quality, we are looking for you to join our 13 point Gault Milleau kitchen team as soon as possible.

As part of your job, you are responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment according to instructions, ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations.
  • Proper storage of all food and raw materials as directed.
  • Preparation and execution of all work in the production area, taking economic aspects into account and maintaining quality standards.
