Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English languages.
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
- Willingness to Learn
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
Your responsibilities:
- Log, validate and diagnose customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used on the customer site.
- Answer contacts promptly and professionally.
- Provide the customer with a solution through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research, or to route or escalate the call to the appropriate resolution group.
- Escalation and management of calls to agreed service levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
