Job Description
Our client, European Commission, is seeking for an Information Systems Support Manager to join a variety of projects.
We are looking for candidates motivated for long term projects, who will be part of a multicultural team.
Profile:
Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or similar;
Al least one year proven academic knowledge or professional experience in the following areas or technologies:
End user assistance or support of Information Systems
IT Skills
Minimum of 6 years’ of IT professional experience;
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in user support, training or documentation writing;
At least 1 year experience with ITIL;
At least 1 year experience with quality procedures;
Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
Strong English communication skills;
Availability to live and work in Brussels.
