Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving hotel guests
• Investigating needs and providing information about packages and services
• Promoting and selling wellness services and Spa products
• Programming wellness packages
• Complying with company policies and procedures 
• Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments

Qualifications

• High school graduate or Bachelor's degree from a university/technical institute/vocational school
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Computer skills
• Desired experience in a similar position
