What are the responsibilities of this Sous Chef Position?

• Prepare and serve dishes under the direction of The Head Chef with consistently meticulous attention to detail, showing a passion for the dish.
• Working in collaboration with the Head Chef on new menu ideas, training and specials
• Running the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef, showing meticulous attention to detail
• Work well with others within a busy environment that encourages a team mentality.
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
• Being Conscientious regarding potential waste.

• Full knowledge of HACCP.
