This year 2023, we will embark on a very significant project that shall place us at the forefront of Innovations in the Paint Markets.
Santint BV in Katwijk (Amsterdam area) is expanding its activities, and we are looking to hire the right people to support the growth of our business in the EMEA region. Breaking into the marketplace with new technologies and solutions will put Santint at the top of our playing field. Also, we are searching for new premises and office locations to give room to realize our plans.
To realize our growth plans we are interested to meet candidates that are qualified for the position of Service & Support Help Desk professional.
The Service & Support Help Desk professional is based in Katwijk and will be manning the Hot Line organization. He/She will receive calls from Service Partner / Clients and users of our equipment in the field. Good communication skills are essential and affinity with technical issues will help in getting acquainted quickly. Expanding the support capabilities of our CRM is essential.
Good levels of English. Dutch / German language skills are welcome;
Good writing skills;
The right educational levels and the right experience;
Customer oriented / proactive and hands-on mentality;
Available 32-40 hours / week.
