SECURITY OFFICER

We are seeking to recruit a dedicated security officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors in our hotel InterContinental Malta.

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the organization, its employees, customers, and visitors. This includes monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Applicants must be Maltese/EU Nationals/other nationals who are entitled to equal treatment as EU Nationals with regards to employment due to EU legislation & treaty rights about the free movement of workers

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment.
