Hilton Malta is looking to fill the positions of seasonal Food & Drink Supervisors, mainly for the Aqua Bar and the Merkanti Beach Club. As a Food and Drink Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of the Food and Drink outlets, to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Drink Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Ensure compliance of brand standards • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner • Represent needs of the team • Assist the Food and Drink management with training and development of team members • Comply with hotel security and safety legislation • Be environmentally aware • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationship
The selected applicants should have:
• Previous experience in Food and Drink
• An outgoing personality and charisma
• Proven positive guest approach
• Leadership and communication skills
• Business acumen and ability to meet set business targets
EU Nationals or people with the right to live and work in Malta
