Your mission:
Following the ROVENSA Strategy on SAP Standards Processes Rollout to all Business Units, we are searching for a SAP Consultant Specialist, with expertise in SAP Consultancy in Production Planning (PP) to integrate the internal SAP I.T. Competence AREA. The main responsibility will be to use in-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, industry standards, and systems expertise to determine the best options for strategic and long-term solutions to support all ROVENSA Subsidiaries.
Key tasks and Activities:
- Business Support on ERP SAP S/4HANA – Production Planning (PP) module;
- Ability to interpret business requirements and process improvements and use the SAP Expertise to propose and/or customize SAP to attend those needs;
- Support end-user, research and resolve problems, working with appropriate technical resources, if necessary;
- Serves as a primary SAP troubleshooting resource, making functional & eventual technical specifications to escalate issues to the programmers or SAP basis team if necessary;
- Ensure that availability, performance, and capacity service levels are met and maintained;
- Acts as an internal SAP consultant within the business, helping to facilitate the use of SAP processes & technology as a standard tool for process improvement in all ROVENSA Group;
- Creates end-user documentation to support new system implementation, enhancements and incident management efforts;
- Coordinates the restoration of service activities for any major critical application incidents.
The talent we search for:
- Higher education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar area;
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in similar positions;
- Solid technical and functional knowledge and skills in SAP S/4 Hana – Production Planning (PP) module;
- Minimum of one full SAP implementation with expertise in customization Production Planning Scenarios (MTS, MTO) and related integration with QM, CO and MM regarding Quality Inspection, Product Costing and Material Ledger;
- High-level knowledge of global SAP modules’ functionalities and related integration scenarios;
- Ability to organize and coordinate activities and projects within the established deadlines;
- Reading and understanding of ABAP code will be a plus;
- High level of autonomy and responsibility; Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong analytical & planning skills;
- Team spirit and high focus on quality and rigor;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese, Spanish and French will be a plus;
- Availability to travel (in short periods of time).
