Checking and processing customer documents

Preparation of quotations and their follow-up

Independent advance sales tax return for the Polish plant

Support of existing customers from the back office

Customer master data maintenance in the ERP system SAP

Processing of outstanding trade receivables in close cooperation with the key account management

Experience in internal sales

English spoken and written

Very good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP R3 desirable

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Ability to prioritize and plan work tasks

Independent, structured and precise way of working
