Our Sales Associates are the first ambassadors of the Victoria’s Secret brand; they live the store experience to the fullest and are responsible for ensuring the best Customer Experience. They handle assisted sales and contribute to the constant growth of sales by ensuring the correct product placement according to the brand’s Visual Merchandising guidelines; they also guarantee the order and cleanliness of the store and the stockroom.

Le nostre figure di Sales Associate sono i primi ambasciatori del brand Victoria’s Secret; vivono lo store a 360° e sono responsabili di garantire la miglior Customer Experience. Si occupano di vendita assistita e contribuiscono alla crescita costante delle vendite assicurando il corretto posizionamento del prodotto secondo le linee guida di Visual Merchandising del brand; garantiscono l’ordine e la pulizia del negozio e del magazzino.

What we are looking for:
- Customer orientation and passion for sales;
- Strong communication skills to interact with teammates, managers, and most importantly, customers;
- Ability to use main cash register software;
- Passion for the Brand and the Fashion world;
- Preferably, previous experience of 2 years as a Sales Assistant in structured environments with a results-oriented approach;
- Mandatory knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus).

- Orientamento al cliente e passione per la vendita;
- Capacità comunicative utili a interagire con i compagni di squadra, i propri responsabili, ma soprattutto con la clientela;
- Capacità di utilizzare i principali software di cassa;
- Passione per il Brand e per il mondo del Fashion;
- È preferibile un’esperienza pregressa di 2 anni come Addetto/a Vendita in contesti strutturati con un orientamento al risultato;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus).
