RUNNERS
As a Runner, you play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of a restaurant or hospitality establishment. Your primary responsibility is to assist servers and kitchen staff by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Your role is essential in maintaining a smooth flow of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk quickly, and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in delivering orders and ensuring that the correct items are served to the appropriate guests.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel to ensure efficient service.
- Customer service skills: Friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Communication skills: Clear verbal communication to understand orders and instructions, and to effectively communicate with colleagues.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and demands.
- Multitasking abilities: Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as delivering orders, clearing tables, and assisting with various duties as needed.
- Previous experience: While not always required, previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry may be beneficial.
