The newly formed Joint Venture of the SARENS Group and the KÉSZ Group is looking for an experienced

 

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Our result-focused and solution-selling Regional Sales Manager will be representing the JV of Sarens Group and KÉSZ Group towards customers and prospects in Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Serbia and on case by case basis in other neighbouring countries. Our future colleague will be responsible for set-up, development and performance of all the sales and implementation activities in the assigned market in line with the Company’s strategy.

Tasks and responsibilities:

·         Investigate market developments and trends, identify business opportunities and develop sales pipeline in the sales territory

·         Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, business partners to create awareness and goodwill towards the Company

·         Collect, structure all available and relevant regional market data, analyse the clients’ needs and demands to offer the best products and solutions

·         Develop a professional business plan in order to implement the Company’s strategy  

·         Provide creative sales and engineering ideas on projects and execute sales activities on crane rental, heavy lifting and engineered transport services

·         Prepare profitable, competitive bids, clear quotes and follow up after submittal until award or lost status

·         Draft framework agreements for clients in accordance with the established sales guidelines

·         Manage crane rental and heavy lifting projects by ensuring compliance with the signed contracts and by focusing on the major profit drivers

·         Be a pro-active member of the international sales team of the Headquarters by supporting international opportunities

·         Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and coordinate with the Owners and regional Headquarters on strategic issues

·         Develop the Company’s organisation with special respect to local operation and maintenance staff

 

Expectations:

·         Master’s or Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience

·         Experience of 5 years (of which 3 years as team leader) and proven track record in industrial sales successes in heavy lifting/transport or other technical/industrial/service-oriented environment

·         Competitive information of the Hungarian and neighbouring crane/heavy lifting market

·         Technical knowledge on cranes and transport

·         Excellent result-focused sales skills and solution selling approach on cross-border level and in an international environment   

·         Experience with P&L responsibility

·         Proactive attitude and enterprising spirit

·         Reliable & trustworthy

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Good command of MS-Office, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

·         Fluency in English, other languages (German and Serbian/Croatian/Romanian) are an important asset
