In Alfa Laval, we experience Environment business is growing both on the municipal as well as the industrial water and waste side. We are now looking for a pro-active and support-minded Business Manager, who will strengthen our successful team focusing on growing our sludge business in selected regions.







Key responsibilities

•Drives the Environment business development in selected countries in North & West Europe, Russia, Turkey, & Middle East

•Provide Sales Companies with support on sludge related products and processes, focusing on dewatering and heat exchangers

•Product owner for heat exchangers in MUE

•Support the development of increased market coverage through channel and partnerships

•Continuously map and understand our customers´ need and their customers’ needs and communicate this back to the relevant stakeholders within Alfa Laval

•Provide regional feedback to product development team

•Act as a central Launch manager for different products

•Identify regional training needs and arrange relevant training events

•Secures implementation of new strategy in the region

•Make good regional Competitor analysis and improve our competitor intelligence.







Personal profile & qualifications

•You have a technical university degree, proven sales and waste water treatment process experience giving you a genuine understanding of the waste water market in general

•We expect you to have a technical and commercial interest and you can work both on an operational and strategic level

•You have a good experience with doing business in regions like Russia and Middle East

•You are a good communicator with a lot of drive and own initiative

•You are a team player who will interact with other key functions in Alfa Laval such as Sales Companies, Product Centre, Operation and after Sales Service

•You are self-motivating and able to work independently upon given targets

•You have natural respect for and understanding of other cultures and cultural differences.
