Contract: 11 months
As a Recruiter, you will be supporting all stages of the recruiting life cycle to assist hiring for groups across the company. You will be an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates. You must be delivery- focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.
1. Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines. Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
2. Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc. Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators.
3. Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidate needs are met.
4. Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for hiring managers. Requirements: Demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
- 2-3 recruitment experience
- Extensive in-house recruitment experience within a multinational environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates.
- Previous experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing methods of attracting and sourcing staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of
- computer applications, and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
* Previous experience in online / sales recruitment in a client facing role is preferred. In- house is ideal but will also look at agency experience.
