Job description
Château d'Audrieu is looking for a professional, customer-focused receptionist to join our team starting Monday, May 4, 2026. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable and exceptional experience, from check-in to check-out.
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, offering a personalized and efficient check-in process.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts using the hotel management software.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance services to ensure guest satisfaction.
Participate in concierge services, including making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Ensure smooth communication between teams by accurately recording and relaying important information.
Assist other departments, as needed, in maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a high-end hotel.
Fluency in French and English essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
