RECEPTIONIST (SR017)
Job Description
To deal with guests requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-oriented manner following the company standards and procedures. To participate in all activities of the Front Office such as handling daily transactions accurately, answering and transferring telephone calls, escorting guests to their rooms and showing all hotel facilities.

- Self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably Russian, French or German) and hospitality education would be considered as extra assets
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an 5* property
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Opera or Fidelio programs
