We operate a modern horticulture farm specializing in the cultivation of raspberries. Our focus is on continuous development and fostering a positive working environment for our team. Located in Lier, just 40 km west of the capital Oslo, our farm offers a unique and fulfilling work experience.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who can efficiently harvest with both speed and precision. The primary requirement is a valid driver's license (B), and while prior agriculture experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Valid driver's license (B)
- Previous experience in agriculture (not required but beneficial)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
- Seasonal work contract
- Work period: July-September 2025
- Full-time position
- Working days: weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays
- Working hours: daytime and evenings
Accommodation:
Housing units are available for staff on the farm.
Job Tasks:
- Manual harvesting of raspberries
- General maintenance on the farm and with plants
Salary: Compensation is based on an hourly rate, with overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard. At the end of the season, a "holiday bonus" will be provided, calculated as a percentage of your earnings during your tenure. We also pay out bonus to employees that pick over average. This is calculated after yield and effort of all employees.
