At this moment, Kelly Services is recruiting a Production Manager fluent in French and Portuguese.
Profile:
- Both French an Portuguese language proficiency - mandatory;
- Higher Education in Business Management, Engineering or relevant areas;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar functions;
- Customer orientation;
- Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize;
- Ability to negotiate, think and make decisions;
- Dynamic profile, with advanced communication features;
- High working capacity under pressure and stress resistance.
Functions:
- Coordinate different projects according to the objectives to be achieved;
- Define action plans necessary to achieve the defined KPIS goals;
- Ensure the use of quality standards;
- Manage turnover and absenteeism;
- Conduct customer visits;
- Motivate teams of multiple people and monitor their professional growth.
