Accenture is looking for a Swedish speaking recent graduate to join our team as a Procurement Operations Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for starting your career with one of the world´s leading global companies while working in the vibrant capital of Czech Republic located in the heart of Europe
Responsibilities
- Processing of incoming Purchase requisitions
- Processing of Spot buys
- Liaising with customers and vendors
- Learning business processes related to client specific needs
- Interfacing with vendors
- Updating and maintaining category card instructions
- Resolving incoming queries from customers
- Processing requests to add new suppliers to the purchasing system
- Resolving invoicing issues
Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in delivery
- Analytical mindset
- Bachelor´s degree and previous experience within procurement or logistics is an advantage but not a requirement
