These qualifications will help us
- Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of one or more of the common IT and OT cyber security standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements such as ISMS, OSMS, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2
- Experience in a manufacturing company and understanding of the needs of production
- Very good English skills and confident appearance in an international environment
- High level of analysis and problem-solving skills
- Convincing appearance, assertiveness and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience with change projects
We can offer you the following tasks
The central function Operations Innovation & Excellence (OIE) supports the 12 production sites worldwide and is also responsible for projects to make the best possible use of synergy effects along the entire value chain. In our projects, we combine the expertise of process management, operational excellence, IT portfolio management and digitalization.
- Definition, implementation and optimization of concepts for the realization of our OT cyber security strategy
- Central point of contact, know-how carrier and supporter for the various topics of OT security for the entire production network
- Participate in the implementation of our digitalization strategy for the production network while increasing our OT security
- Operational takeover of asset management and enterprise architecture management
- Participation in OT Incident Management and OT Risk Management
- Conducting audits at the production sites
- IT portfolio management support
