OSS - Operatore Socio Sanitario
The social health worker:
- provides direct personal assistance, meets the needs of guests in particular hygiene, movement, nutrition and hydration
- carries out simple diagnostic and therapeutic support activities;
- reads and takes charge of deliveries and individual care plans (PAI);
- collaborates in activities aimed at maintaining residual psycho-physical abilities, re-education, reactivation and functional recovery;
- correctly uses the procedures and protocols present in the operational reality, observing the principles of protection and safety for the guest and the worker, also with the use of aids and PPE; - reports any anomalies;
- ensures the confidentiality of all information relating to the guest and family members;
- pay attention to waste and the economy of equipment and materials.
- Holds the title of Social Health Operator (Oss);
- secondary school diploma is preferable;
- previous experience in RSA or hospital facilities is desirable
