About the job
JOB PURPOSE
- A customer focused position to manage the customer relationship and expectations throughout the post sales (Order Management) process.
- The position will interface between Market Facing Units, Production, Sales,Transport & Order Management.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To liaise with supply and manufacturing organisation, advise customers and Sales Team of delivery times (includes liaising with external freight forwarders GB82).
- To process Sales Orders (manual & electronic) in line with agreed SLA’s and manage through to delivery utilising internal and external systems.
- Obtain supplier delivery information and update purchase order confirmation, EDD’s & delivered quantities.
- Manage post related order queries including returns through to resolution.
- To manage Evaluation Loan requests in line with customer T&C’s and company policy (SAP GB82 entity only).
- Produce & Distribute Customer Reports for example: Stock, Backlog & Shipment.
- Communicate effectively with customer via email/telephone.
- Resolve customer complaints and manage 1st level escalations.
- Produce & Distribute Internal Reports,
- Full compliance with Operational processes, procedures and ways of working.
Requirements
- SAP Skills is a preferred requirement.
- Good IT system skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve & resolve issues through to completion.
- Communication skills, both written & verbal, incl. active listening and empathy.
- Customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Team player with commitment to cross train and support colleagues
- English and German– Fluent level in writing and speaking
