  • Taking over the full ownership of the seamless operation of our checkout solutions deployed to more than 7,300 stores
  • Having the broad overview of the health status of our checkout solutions in our ten supported countries at any given time, backed by corresponding KPIs and suitable dashboard visualisations
  • Pro-actively advise and push (technical) enhancements to further smoothen our live operations to the Product Owners
  • Instructing our Global Service Desk as well as National IT Departments on how to take care of incidents identified with our monitoring solution and backed by corresponding knowledgebase articles
  • Being the driver in sustainably smoothening our live operations, challenging our external development partners and vendors accordingly
  • Manifesting the specialized knowledge of ITSM methodologies in the heart of the product teams

  • Having a proactive hands-on mentality in approaching tasks and challenges, keeping the overview in challenging situations
  • Being able to understand complex situations and to identify dependencies with ease 
  • Easily applying the theoretical expertise from the ITIL frameworks into practice, esp. focusing on service transition and service operation practices
  • Having worked as a valuable member of an agile team, with the ability to adapt to new environments and changing technical set ups
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience in utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, coupled with advanced methodologies
  • Interest to work in an international context with different cultures, demonstrating strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to thrive in diverse work environments 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
