Mechanic injection molding

Your responsibilities as a mechanic:

• You are responsible for assembling, disassembling, repairing and maintaining injection molds.
• You perform thorough checks and measurements.
• Your knowledge and skills are also required in production: in case of damage or defect of a mold, you jump in to solve it.
• Are you willing to work in a 2-shift system: morning and afternoon shift.
• Do you have a great sense of quality and accuracy.

As a mechanic:

• Have a technical education, such as TSO mechanical engineering, mechanical design engineering or equivalent through experience. This allows you to read and interpret mechanical plans fluently.
• You can work in a team.
• You have a great sense of responsibility.
• Ideally, you already have a first experience in a relevant sector.

• You are entitled to an attractive salary based on your knowledge.
• You will receive meal vouchers of €5 per day worked.
• At the end of the year, on top of your year-end bonus, you will also receive eco cheques of €250.
• If you come to work by bike, you will receive a bike allowance of € 0,27 per kilometer.
• You are entitled to 32 holidays: 20 conventional holidays and 12 ADV days. We close a number of days during Carnaval, 4 weeks during the summer vacations and also a number of days between Christmas and New Year. The remaining holidays are free to choose.
• According to our joint committee, you are entitled to additional paid holidays according to your seniority and age.
• You have fixed working hours from 06h00-14h00 (morning shift) and 14h00-22h00 (afternoon shift).
