MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems within your assigned area. Your responsibilities may include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and conducting repairs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
Additionally, you may be involved in coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintaining accurate maintenance records. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential in this role to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility.

- Technical skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
- Problem-solving abilities: Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Physical stamina: Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Safety consciousness: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communication skills: Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and emergencies as they arise.
- Technical education: Formal training or certification in maintenance-related fields such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems is preferred, but not always required.
