The Adagio Brussels Grand Place is looking for its maintenance technician to guarantee its customers the proper functioning of the equipment of its 140 apartments.

At Adagio, the Building Maintenance Technician has the following responsibilities:

Customer relationship and satisfaction:

  • Meet the needs of the customer by ensuring a fast and adapted intervention and ensuring the quality of the service.

Operational management of the aparthotel:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the technical and security facilities, detect malfunctions and intervene accordingly.
  • Carry out punctual restoration work
  • Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting operations.
  • Be responsible for the application of the rules and procedures to be followed in terms of risk prevention, and know how to intervene or contact the competent persons in the event of an incident.
  • Respect investment and maintenance budgets (contracts, purchases, etc.), and manage the stocks of technical equipment within the set budget.
  • Participate in relations with subcontracting companies.

Profile:

You come from a technical training in the building or maintenance sector, and have a first professional experience in a similar position.

You have practical and theoretical skills in the field of electricity and plumbing.

You are ingenious and solution-oriented: know how to accomplish tasks of all kinds, small jobs such as carpentry, painting, locksmithing, tiles, etc. You are a handyman at heart!

You are a dynamic, proactive, available person and have a sense of customer satisfaction.
