Job Description
As a Maid, you will be responsible for ensuring rooms and other areas of the hotel are kept clean every day. You will ensure that guests have a clean and home-away-from-home experience while they are at the hotel.

What you’ll do
- Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Make sure all rooms are cleaned and in tip top condition for new arrivals and existing guests
- Ensure the equipment you use, such as shampooers, polishers and trolleys, is in good working condition
- Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed
- Respond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Perform additional duties as needed
What we are looking for
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Previous housekeeping experience will be preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
