Junior Recruitment Consultant

Your day will consist of:

• Building Relationships: Regularly consulting Clients and Candidates from leading Top-Tier Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds, and Management Consultancies, to ensure their recruitment needs are met while building your own portfolio
• Project Management: Generating new business through Business Development and managing your own projects
• Negotiating: Discussing Terms of Business, Salary and Consulting rates
• Research: Analysing and researching market data and trends
• Engagement: screen CVs, communicate, and interview candidates to establish position suitability
• Resource: Utilise job boards, internal databases, and social media to find high-quality professionals globally
