Java Software Engineer - Luxembourg

For our customer in Luxembourg, we are urgently looking for a Java Software Engineer.  As Java Software Engineer you will be involved in the full cycle like analysis, design, maintenance testing, and/or refactoring exercises.



Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Requirements analysis
• Prototyping
• Development in accordance to the specifications
• Development of unit and integration test suits, plans and programs
• Integration with other applications
• Production of technical documentation

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Excellent knowledge of J2EE and related open source technologies
• Knowledge of Swing, Spring, Junit, Eclipse, LogBack, Maven
• Knowledge of XML Technologies: XML, DTD, XSL, XSLT, XML Schema
• Knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML, HTTP
• Knowledge of DB Techonologies: SQL
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Skills: Design Patterns
• Good knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Java technology: JSP, Servlet, J2EE, WebServices, Hibernate, Antlr, Jaxb, Jnlp, Webstart
• Development methodologies: (e.g. Agile, RUP, Scrum)
• Web Technologies : AJAX
• DB Techonologies: PL-SQL
