
Inbound Customer Care Agents with Foreign Languages (Remote Working)
Do you have an excellent knowledge of a language among German, French, Dutch, English, Polish, or Spanish? join the Telecommunications world with a remote customer support role! For a Leading Client in the sector, we are looking for Inbound Customer Care Agents in remote working. Your Role and Requirements You will be responsible for customer assistance in the required foreign language. Your main activities include information support and problem resolution, ensuring timely and precise assistance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent knowledge of one of the indicated languages.
- Good knowledge of Italian.
- Strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
Offer Details
- Contract: Temporary agency contract (initial duration to be defined), applying the 2nd level of the CCNL Telecomunicazioni (Telecommunications National Collective Labour Agreement).
- Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime up to an additional 20 hours, on shifts (5 working days a week).
- Work Arrangement:
- Remote Working after the first day.
- First day in person in Fiumicino or Taranto to collect the company PC.
- Equipment: company PC provided.
- Important: It is necessary that you have your own Modem/ADSL connection to work from home.
