The Role

 

Genmab is expanding our Infrastructure team and seeking an IAM Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

As IAM Engineer, you will provide support, implementation, and design services for Identity Access Management systems across the enterprise, including active directory and identity management solutions. You will resolve and appropriately complete assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues. Furthermore, apply new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives and implement new software solutions as required by the business.

 

You keep a track record of successful deployment of identity applications from requirements gathering through implementation phases. You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and is successful when working in teams.

 

This is an opportunity to develop and manage the architecture for the future infrastructure setup at Genmab.

 

Responsibilities

  • Produce enterprise-level designs for Active Directory and Windows File Services for global initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams

  • Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible

  • Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment

  • Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems

  • Provide training as required

  • Provides advanced architecture and engineering support to automate and administrate identity and compliance requirements into all enterprise information systems

  • Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements

  • Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedure, and infrastructure

  • Assesses current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines, best practices, and management approved standards

  • Assists various IT departments with design, implementation and troubleshooting of security technologies and provide guidance and requirements to technology teams when no solution is currently available

  • Identify and drive automation initiatives for improvements and deliver on roadmap activities

  • 2nd level support for the capability area

  • Partner with the different teams to ensure the right architecture

 

Requirements

  • BSc degree in a computer science, information technology, or equivalent technology related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies

  • Knowledge of database systems and associated languages

  • Hands-on development of IdM/IAM solutions

  • Directory services including LDAP and Active Directory

  • Security authentication and authorization protocols

  • Privileged account management

  • Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles, and concepts

  • Develop, document and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems

  • ITIL v3 Certification or experience in other best practice frameworks

  • Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills

  • Must understand how to identify and instill industry best practices

  • Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users

  • Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges

  • Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills

  • Ability to establish new standards for quality, performance, or productivity

  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills, strong communicator with ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, contractors, managers, 3rd parties, and customers as needed

  • As a person, you are analytical and competent within maintaining a comprehensive view
