HUAWEI TECH Financial Manager

Responsible for finance management of Huawei Tech. Portugal, including accounting, Tax, Treasury, internal control, pan-network project operating analysis and some other finance-related work.

Responsibilities¿ 1, manage operating indicators, carry out budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, review the demand forecast and early warning inventory, AR, etc, operating assets risks. 2, ensure that the accounting process and the effective rollout of this solution, identify the factors affecting the accounting data, and provide corresponding accounting solutions; ensure the quality of front-end data. 3, undertake the Huawei Tech. Portugal internal control responsibilities, and assist business departments identify control risks and improve internal control issues, promote business operations; and prevent corruption and improve the internal control maturity. 4, take the responsibilities for tax compliance, treasury risk management, sales financing, and other related finance work.

Qualifications: ¿ Language: Excellent level of Chinese and English written and spoken is mandatory ¿ At least 10 years of work experience in a multinational company with HQ in China is mandatory, with relevant position in a finance department, and at least 5 years work experience in accounting and internal control field ¿ Degree or above in Finance related major ¿ Strong knowledge of Huawei¿s internal financial procedures ¿ Strong knowledge of Planning Budget and Forecast, good communications with business management team and HQ operating manage team ¿ Certified training in Finance process management knowledge training, Accounting policies and accounting training, ITC, Treasury, Financing, Cyber security training, Office Software Training ¿ CICPA qualification ¿ Huawei Core Value, HR, LTC, MCR, CC3 training certification: mandatory ¿ Strong knowledge in Oracle, E-GO, IBUY and W3 system is mandatory ¿ Flexible to travel
