The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor ensures the planning, coordination and supervision of the floor service, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of an excellent service, exceeding the guest's expectations.

• Supporting the daily tasks of the Floor and Cleaning team;
• In cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper, the planning and distribution of the tasks of the Floor and Housekeeping service;
• Functions according to Luxury Hotel standards;
• Control of guest lists, communication with reception in managing critical points;
• Distribution of service to the team;
• Control of service sheets, ensure all work is carried out to established standards;
• Requests to maintenance, so that all faults are repaired as soon as possible;
• Handing over to the night Housekeeping Floor Supervisor.

• Training and experience in Housekeeping;
• Experience in Luxury Hospitality;
• Flexible working hours;
• Ability to lead and organise teams;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
