About the job
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack (Python) Developer to join our dynamic team in Liège. Beyond strong technical skills, this role includes leading and mentoring a team of 3 developers. You’ll be working on diverse projects, contributing both to back-end and front-end development.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
- Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making
- Lead and support a team of 3 developers, providing both technical and personal guidance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, etc.)
- Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews
- Take part in the continuous improvement of our development processes
- Develop features on both the back-end and front-end, collaborating across the stack
Your Profile
- At least 4 years of experience in Python development
- You holds a Master degree in Computer engeeniging
- Solid knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
- Comfortable with both back-end and front-end technologies
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban…)
- Proficient in French or English (minimum B2 level)
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive
