👉 Become our next receptionist! From arrival to departure, you will ensure that our guests have a smooth stay and respond to their various requests.
💪As the main point of contact for our guests, here is a glimpse of what your day-to-day work will involve:
Supporting guests throughout their stay: ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner
Understanding how the club works and its surroundings: advising guests on activities on site and in the surrounding area, finding out about possible visits or excursions, answering guests' questions
Sharing information: reporting issues to the reception manager, communicating effectively with other club departments (catering, entertainment, kitchen, and housekeeping)
Managing customer conflicts: analyzing requests and proactively proposing solutions to problems

💪Contact privilégié de nos vacanciers, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :
- Suivi des vacanciers durant l’intégralité de leur séjour : garantir la fluidité des arrivées et des départs, accueillir de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle la clientèle
- Maîtrise du fonctionnement et de l’environnement du club : conseiller la clientèle dans leurs choix d’activités sur le site et aux alentours, s’informer des possibilités de visites ou d'excursions, répondre aux questions des vacanciers
- Partage des informations : faire remonter les problématiques auprès du chef de réception, communiquer efficacement avec les autres services du club (restauration, animation, cuisine et ménage)
- Gestion des conflits clients : analyser les demandes et être force de proposition dans leur résolution des problèmes
Knowing how to speak several languages is an advantage if you already have experience in the hotel industry.
