Our Delivery Excellence community is now looking for an SAP Business Transformation Consultant to join our growing team in Denmark.

Deloitte’s Delivery Excellence community enables the successful delivery of SAP-enabled transformations. This means we focus on end-to-end quality, risk, and knowledge sharing management for client engagements as an integral part of how SAP on-premises or cloud is operated. Using our Activate Delivery Framework, we work throughout the engagement lifecycle to mitigate risk, enhance quality, and share knowledge.

Job Description

We are looking for an SAP Business Transformation Consultant to join us and participate in various SAP implementation projects.  

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Analyzing our clients’ specific business needs and requirements.
• Designing business processes, leveraging SAP best practices and S/4 HANA innovations.
• Create high-impact slides with both graphics and text based on information from technical experts.
• Leading workstreams or smaller teams.
• Managing key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of clients` needs and build lasting relationships.

You will also play a role in developing the Danish SAP offering, as we constantly strive for the cutting-edge within our core capabilities, industry insights, and collaboration within Deloitte in the Nordics and globally.

Qualifications

All curious and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply. To be successful in the role, we expect that you:

• Have experience working with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Have general Solution Manager configuration experience.
• Have an SAP certification in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP SOLMAN, or SAP Activate.
• Have 4+ years of functional SAP work experience, preferably from another consultancy or a large organization, in an onshore project role (ideally in the Nordics).
• Can communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with ease to stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds. Ideally, you have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language.
• Have consultant qualities: skilled in delivering compelling presentations. Strong communication, presentation, and people skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and the team. Have advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint for visual communication and comprehensive MS Office skills in general.
• Have the legal right to live and work in Denmark.
• Have the ability to travel, as we work in a hybrid setup for many of our clients.
• Contribute to building our offering to the next level, through e.g., sales activities or recruitment.

• Experience with end-to-end project implementation.

Experience with SAP in:

• Other related functional areas, such as SAP Test Management, Project Management, Change or Release Management, etc.
