Elevate Your Career as a Customer Finance Manager in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry!

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Finance Manager (d/f/m) fluent in English to join our client's dynamic operation in Lisbon. Our client is a globally recognized leader in biotechnology, rooted in science and innovation, dedicated to transforming groundbreaking ideas and discoveries into life-changing medicines for patients with serious illnesses.

Your Mission:

·      Support the Customer Finance Team.

·      Oversee the cash application process to ensure accurate output within schedule.

·      Actively work in the collection area by supporting the team with maintaining and providing collection tools for task prioritization and sequencing.

·      Manage credit risk.

·      Ensure monitoring and compliance.

·      Support global Customer Finance activities, including process development for new entities and implementation in line with global approaches.

·      Represent Customer Finance within the organization and take a leading role in cross-functional projects.

·      Serve as a backup to the Senior Manager of Customer Finance/Regional Customer Finance Lead.

Условия на работата

What You'll Need:

·      Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.

·      At least 3 years of experience in similar roles/tasks.

·      Experience in the OTC process.

·      Experience in the area of securities (L/C, BG, Credit Insurance, etc.).

·      Fluency in English; other European languages will be a plus.

·      Experience in a Shared Services organization.

·      Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

·      Experience in leading a financial function in a matrix and international environment.
