Si offre un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroghe di medo – lungo periodo.

Условия на работата

 - esperienza di almeno 1 anno;

- possesso di certificazione HACCP e hanno un'adeguata conoscenza delle norme e degli standard operativi di cucina;

- ottima conoscenza degli strumenti e utensili da cucina, delle materie prime e dei processi di approvvigionamento e trasformazione, della preparazione dei menù;

- disponibilità  a lavorare, se richiesto, su turni, nei week end e nei giorni festivi.
